You may return products purchased from TeroCarFix.net under the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item is in unused, unopened, and resalable condition (except for defective products).
  • The item is in its original packaging with all original accessories, manuals, and documentation included.

If the product is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are eligible for a return or exchange regardless of the condition of the packaging.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 2: Provide your order number and a description of the reason for the return (e.g., defective item, wrong item received, etc.).
  • Step 3: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Please note that items returned without an RA number will not be accepted.
  • Step 4: Ship the item back to us using the provided return instructions. You are responsible for the shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return arrives safely. You may also want to consider purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
